Where CRSapp is strong

Years on the market. Procedures that mirror how a fifteen-year agency already works on paper, digitised cleanly. If you have a workflow that works and you want the exact same workflow with a screen on top, they're the safe pick. Their sales team will sit in your office and walk through it.

That maturity has a cost. The product hasn't changed much in three years, and it shows: no public pricing, French-only UI (no Arabic for the counter, no EN/ES/DE for the tourist), no built-in WhatsApp, OCR sits behind an add-on. The features that decide modern deposit disputes — photos, OCR, cross-agency blacklist — are either manual or extra.

Where we're different

Three deliberate choices:

  1. 0 up front, 0.5% of what you actually collect. Every rival charges a fixed monthly fee whether you rented a car this month or not. We charge nothing to start and 0.5% of your rental revenue, billed at month close against confirmed rentals. Dead month? You pay nothing. Starter is free forever — unlimited cars, unlimited bookings, every feature. You pay 0.5% of confirmed rental revenue, nothing else. When you get big enough that 0.5% would cross 999 MAD/month, you switch to Enterprise: 999 MAD flat, keep 100% of your revenue, capped. Cheapest at the bottom, capped at the top. (The only add-on is hardware: a connected GPS tracker at 40 MAD/mo per vehicle — live map, geofence, remote engine cut included, swapped free if it fails.)

Who CRSapp is right for — honestly

A long-running agency with a paper process that already works, a team trained on it, and no plan to expose the booking flow on a phone. CRSapp will digitise that cleanly and the migration cost is bearable because the workflow doesn't change.
