Tamobila vs AutoJahiz (2026): pricing, features, honest comparison
AutoJahiz starts at 100 MAD with deep ops features. Tamobila starts at 0 + 0.5% of revenue and ships the photo, AI-agent and GPS layer it lacks. 2026 comparison.
AutoJahiz is one of the most feature-deep car-rental ERPs in Morocco on the operations side — fines tracking, repairs, fuel, sinistres with insurer files, vignette and authorisation alerts, and a real spare-parts stock inventory per branch. It starts at 100 MAD a month, one of the cheapest entries on the market. We take a different shape: nothing up front, and the platform takes 0.5% of your rental revenue instead of a fixed monthly fee.
Here's the honest comparison.

Where AutoJahiz is strong
The feature breadth on the operations side is the deepest in this comparison. Sinistres with insurer files, vignette and authorisation alerts, and — uniquely — a real spare-parts stock inventory per branch. We track parts cost on each maintenance record, but not a discrete parts catalogue with stock levels. For a long-running multi-branch agency that runs maintenance in-house and books repairs internally, that inventory layer is real, and worth paying for.
It's also genuinely cheap at the high end: 300 MAD a month for roughly 100 cars is hard to beat on raw price alone. We'll come back to that honestly below.
Where it gets thin: no phone-signature flow, no guided photo inspection, no OCR on the licence, no WhatsApp automation, French-only UI. The features that win modern deposit disputes (here) and reduce no-shows (here) aren't there.
Where we're different
Three choices:
- Zero up front, 0.5% of revenue — not a vehicle-cap tier. AutoJahiz charges by which cap-tier you fit in, and bills it whether you rented anything that month or not. We take nothing up front and 0.5% of confirmed rental revenue at month close. A slow February costs you nothing. The bill tracks your CA, not a tier you might not be filling. (Why we take 0.5% of your revenue)
- Phone-signed contract + 8-photo inspection + OCR + WhatsApp, all in the base plan. Every feature is on the Starter plan — signature, OCR, blacklist, GPS, seasonal pricing, multi-branch, forecast, the AI agent that answers your WhatsApp and takes bookings, your own online booking site. Nothing is an add-on you unlock by paying more.
- Eight languages out of the box (FR, AR, EN, ES, DE, IT, PT, NL — community-extendable), where AutoJahiz is French only.
AutoJahiz and Tamobila are roughly at parity on repairs, parts cost, and fuel tracking — we capture all three on maintenance records and at pickup/return. They pull ahead with the discrete parts-stock catalogue; we pull ahead with the photo-and-trust layer they don't ship — signature, OCR, the AI WhatsApp agent, cross-agency blacklist, the booking site.
The price, side by side
| Plan | Tamobila | AutoJahiz equivalent |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 0 MAD + 0.5% of CA | 100 MAD/mo (cap 10) |
| Mid-fleet | 0 MAD + 0.5% of CA | 200 MAD/mo (cap 50) |
| Enterprise | 999 MAD flat | 300 MAD/mo (cap ~100) |
| Scale | On request | — |
Here's the honest part. For a low-to-mid-turnover agency that isn't filling its cap tier, Starter wins on price every time — 0.5% of a 60 000 MAD month is 300 MAD, a 15 000 MAD month is 75 MAD, and a dead month is nothing. AutoJahiz bills its tier regardless.
But run a high-turnover fleet and the maths flips: 0.5% of a busy 100-car operation can clear AutoJahiz's flat 300 MAD. That's exactly when you switch to Tamobila Enterprise — 999 MAD flat, no revenue share, capped. And we won't pretend otherwise: at the very top, 999 flat is still more than AutoJahiz's 300. They win on raw price at scale. Our trade is the customer-facing workflow they don't ship — signature, photos, OCR, WhatsApp, cross-agency blacklist, 8-language UI — and a zero-risk start for everyone who isn't maxing a cap tier.
The only add-on is hardware, and only if you want it: a connected GPS tracker at 40 MAD/month per vehicle — live map, geofence, remote engine cut included.
Who AutoJahiz is right for — honestly
An established, high-turnover agency with in-house mechanics, a repair shop to bill, a spare-parts inventory to track per branch, a paper-style contract flow that already works, French-only staff, and tight discipline on the software line. If you run ~100 cars and you're filling them, 300 MAD flat is a hard price to argue with, and the parts-stock depth is a real reason to stay.
Who we're right for
An agency where the counter signs contracts on a phone, deposits get disputed by photo trail, the customer expects a WhatsApp confirmation, the counter needs Arabic and the tourist needs English, and the owner reads ROI on Monday morning — and an agency that would rather start with nothing on the line and pay only when the cars actually rent. If a fixed monthly fee in a slow month has ever stung, that's the model we built to remove.

The cars do the talking. The pricing page just has to get out of the way.
