Where LocApp is strong

The cleanest UI of the Moroccan options. A 14-day trial with no card up front. A French-speaking team that picks up the phone. The phone-signature flow for contracts is well executed and fast — for a single-branch agency that lives in French, the experience at the counter is good.

Where it gets thinner: the blacklist stops at your agency's edge, the photo inspection isn't a guided protocol (you remember to take photos, or you don't), and the ROI / forecast layer sits behind a paid add-on. And the bill grows with users — hire a counter staffer, the line item bumps — while staying fixed no matter how little you rent that month.

Where we're different

Four deliberate choices:

  1. 0 up front, 0.5% of what you collect. No monthly fee on Starter. The platform takes half of one percent of your chiffre d'affaires, billed at month close against confirmed rentals. Rent nothing in a slow February, you pay nothing — a fixed-fee tool still bills its 200–600 MAD that month.
