Who's earning, who's not

Fleet ranking on the home screen.

The first thing you see is the league table. Each car ranked, profit number colored, the loser flagged with a "sell or retire" tag and a one-line reason. No drilling down for the obvious answers.

  • Revenue, days rented, maintenance, idle cost — netted into one Profit · May number per car.
  • Currency stays MAD, comparisons stay honest. No 'gross revenue' tricks.
  • One-tap drill-down to the actual bookings that made the number.

The next four weeks

Forecast that knows your seasons.

Built on your own booking history — summer in Marrakech, Aïd weekends in Tangier, mid-week Casablanca dips. The forecast widens its uncertainty bands the further out you look, instead of pretending the future is certain.

  • Weekly revenue forecast for the next 4 weeks, calibrated against last year's actuals.
  • Demand by category — sedan vs SUV vs city car, branch by branch.
  • Pricing nudges: 'raise the Mercedes summer rate by 8% — your competitors did last week.'
Should I buy this car?

The 60-second purchase decision.

Paste a make, model and the price the dealer is asking. Tamobila simulates the car against your branch's last 12 months of demand: utilisation, day rate band, maintenance curve, resale value, payback month, lifetime estimate.

  • Personalised to your branch, your customer mix, your price ladder — not industry averages.
  • Sensitivity slider — what if utilisation is 10% lower than projected? What if interest rates rise?
  • Three verdicts: 'buy', 'buy at this price or below', 'pass'. With the reasoning, not just the verdict.

Better mix, better return

Owners who follow Forecast's mix recommendations end the year with a 14% higher net per car. Same fleet size, smarter composition.

0 late sells

Sell at peak, not after

Lifetime curves show when maintenance is about to overtake revenue. Sell the car the month before, not the month after.

FAQ

Forecast, plainly.

If yours isn't here, a human replies the same day at [email protected].

How much history do I need before the forecast is useful?
Three months of bookings gives a usable forecast. Twelve months is when the seasonal corrections (Aïd, Ramadan, summer Marrakech) really click in. You'll see the confidence widen on the chart if there's not enough data yet — no fake precision.
Can I export the per-car P&L for my accountant?
Yes. CSV and PDF both, monthly or quarterly. The accountant in Casablanca who recommended us to half her clients did so for this exact export.
What if I split a car across two branches?
Forecast follows the rental — the car's profit is attributed to the branch where each booking starts. Cross-branch movements are netted out so you don't double-count.
Does the 'should I buy' tool need the actual VIN?
No. Make + model + year + asking price is enough. Add the trim and KM if you want a sharper resale estimate.
