What if the customer refuses to sign at return?

The dossier is timestamped, GPS-stamped, and server-side. It's evidence with or without their signature — and we mark the rental 'unsigned at return' so you can decide what to do at deposit time.

Does it work without internet at the counter?

Yes. Photos are taken offline, signed offline, then sync the moment the phone reconnects. Server timestamps anchor to the moment the photo was actually taken, not uploaded.

Can we add more than eight photos?

Yes — extra photos are unlimited and go in a separate 'notes' band. The eight base angles stay locked, so pickup-vs-return comparison still works.

Is the PDF dossier accepted by Moroccan insurers?
